Closing down of Sgcafe
My heart totally went cold 5 minutes ago, when I read Diana's dA journal. I kept wishing it wasn't true, while waiting for the thread to load. It's official. If no one buys sgcafe over soon, kenshin will close it down at the end of this year. 3 years is not a short time; many of us have spent more than 3 years on that forum. Flame wars, random spams, epic fangirling.. These are the things I do almost everyday on that forum, and I'm sure I speak for others out there as well (uh, exclude the flame war part please). Sgcafe cultivated my taste for visual kei, for the various subcultures, expanded my horizons and also taught me to never back down and compromise what I believe in (hence the flame wars, lol. Ok la not so drama). It's also where I got to know so many wonderful people, awesome cosplayers, imba photogs.. I wonder what life will be like without this forum. Please let kenshin strike lottery or smth, kthxbai. Argh, heart pain. Wonder if we can do something to help sustain the forum. :/ I know z-degrees always lobbies for donations every month, and they have to hit a target or something. But then again, singaporeans so giam, dunno if they will donate or not leh wtf wtf. okay, I'm so agitated that I'm slipping into Singlish. /kills self.
